Hey. My name is Michal Barbier. I have been activelly doing movement since I was 12. At this age I was fascinated by freestyle disciplines. Especially Parkour. After several years of doing Parkour I began to practice some acrobatic moves. I connected Parkour with Freerunning which was more acrobatic than Pakour.
At this time I realized that building, strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination is crucial for my performance. I decided to work out with my own bodyweight. I used Calisthenics and gymnastic strenght conditioning to build up my physique and strenght.
Later I bumped into Handbalancing, which is an impressive circus art. This really shook with my training programs. I mostly focused on doing handstands, which means more mobility, endurance and balance work.
All of this formed myself into the comprehensive acrobatic artist. All these disciplines helped me build aestethic body, fluent acrobatic moves, better mobility, strenght and flexibility.
After several years of building my own potential I decided to share with this happiness. I founded Limitless Academy. Limitless Academy is a place which connects children and young people with the same love for the movement. Here we teach Pakour, Freerunning, Calisthenics and Street Workout.
I love coaching ! This made me to invest more time and energy into personal and group coaching. Gradually I worked up several movement workshops. These are mostly Handbalancing, Parkour and Freerunning workshops. I taught these workshops all over the Slovakia and in some Czech cities.
After all these years of moving and coaching I began to be fascinated by circus and acrobatic performances. Eventually I decided to make my own acrobatic shows. I combined fluent acrobatic moves with static handbalancing techniques.
Nowadays I work on these main 4 activities I just described. This makes me a very happy and fullfiled teacher and an athlete. Besides all of this I strive to work on my physical and mental abilities to grow my potential.
Breath taking acrobatic – handbalancing performance. This performance allows you to experience stunts and moves you can see just in circus. In this performance you will see mindblowing acrobatic moves combined with handbalancing techniques. All of this is put into calm song which is gradually raising the tension of audience.
I participate in various cultural, sport, bussiness events but also in private or city occasions.

Limitless Academy gathers all the pople with same love for the movement. The main purpose of Limitless Academy is to take part in Pakour, Freerunning and Calisthenics development in Slovakia. All these disciplines develop physical fundementals of the individual. Apart of strength, speed, endurance, body coordination and flexibility we teach young people to cope with fear and overcome not just physical but also mental obstacles.
L.A have been activelly trying to organise events and sessions for kids and youngsters in order to improve their physicall skills and sport habbits. With these activities we created a community with same love for the movement and strong friendships.
In Academy we have several skilled coaches and assistents. These people motivate kids to improve themselves. Coaches and assistents create a save enviroment for teaching new techniques a they try to lead them to right life values.

Workshop is devided into two parts. During the firt part we go throught the basic parkour techniques as vaults, precisions, wall spins and many more. We will learn how to fluently, effectively and savely overcome obstacles.
In the second part of workshop we try several basic Freerunning elements. Here I teach acrobatic moves. These moves help us build movement fundementals as flexibility, mobility, strength and body coordination. After this workshop you will by able to do moves like handspring, cartwheel, kicks and other acrobatic elements.

This is a movement worskhop based on teoretical explanation and practical demonstration of several movement methods for flexibility and mobility improvement.
Worshop is primarily for coletive but also an individual sports.
The goal of workshop is to show several exercises, which will eventually after regular practise build your flexibility, mobility, body orientation but also improve your body coordination,
I work with several stretching methods during this workshop. ( dynamic, static and others ). Finally we work with comprehensive exercises such as locomotions and quadrupedal. Those moves serves as a compensation for various sport disciplines.
